Ingredients:
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2  tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
Preparation:
  • Grind the coconut, garlic, salt, and chilli powder together to a coarse powder.
Makes 1 cup chutney.
