Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • ½  tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp grated fresh coconut
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 green chilli, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1½ tbsp water
Preparation:
  • Grind all the ingredients together to make a paste.
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl.
Serves: 4 servings (1/3 cup)
