Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ¼ cup onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup carrots, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup green peas
  • ½ cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable stock
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
Preparation:
  • Heat the oil in a sauce pan, add onions and saute till it turns golden brown.
  • Add all the remaining vegetables and saute for 2 minutes on a high flame.
  • Add the vegetable stock, soya sauce, salt and pepper and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
