Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1 medium sized cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 cup curd (yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 pinches chaat masala
- 1 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
- salt to taste
- In a bowl, beat curd (yogurt) to a smooth consistency.
- Add finely chopped cucumber, cumin powder, sugar and salt to the curd.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Makes 2 servings.
