Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium sized cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 cup curd (yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 pinches chaat masala
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
  • salt to taste

Preparation:
  • In a bowl, beat curd (yogurt) to a smooth consistency.
  • Add finely chopped cucumber, cumin powder, sugar and salt to the curd.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Makes 2 servings.
