- 2 large Potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- Peel potatoes in long vertical strips.
- Fry potato skins in a saute pan until crispy. It may take 5 to 8 mins depending on the thickness of the strips.
- Season the fried potato skins with salt and cracked black pepper.
- Serve it with cheese dip.
