• 2 large Potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • Peel potatoes in long vertical strips.
  • Fry potato skins in a saute pan until crispy. It may take 5 to 8 mins depending on the thickness of the strips.
  • Season the fried potato skins with salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Serve it with cheese dip.
