Ingredients:
  • 8-10 green chillies
  • 2 cups besan (Bengal gram flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Preparation:
  • Make a thick batter by adding water to the mixture of besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and chaat masala.
  • Make vertical slit on each of the green chillies and dip them into the batter.
  • Deep fry the chillies in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Serve these fritters with tomato sauce.
